Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between:

  • Seller: Privileged Crafts

  • Buyer: The individual who places an electronic order on the Seller’s Shopify store.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of product(s) ordered by the Buyer from the Seller’s website, in accordance with consumer protection laws and e-commerce regulations.

3. Product Information

The type, quantity, basic characteristics, price (including taxes), payment method, and delivery details of the ordered product(s) are shown on the order page and confirmed by the Buyer.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed through the secure online payment methods available at checkout.

  • Orders are valid only after full payment is completed.

5. Delivery & Shipping Policy

  • Products will be shipped to the address provided by the Buyer during checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are displayed on the product or checkout page.

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before order confirmation.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (via email or contact form).

  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Withdrawal does not apply to customized, personalized, or hygiene-sensitive goods.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • The Buyer’s personal information is used only for processing the order, payment, and delivery.

  • The Seller is committed to protecting all personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts at the Buyer’s place of residence or where the Agreement was performed.

9. Enforcement

  • By confirming the order, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this Agreement.

  • This Agreement is established electronically and will not be sent separately to the parties.
